Every page below describes one kind of HVAC job the way a homeowner meets it: what usually goes wrong, what to check before the technician arrives, what drives the cost, and which licence the work requires in Ontario. None of them quote prices, because we do not do the work; the technician you are connected to does, and quotes you directly.
Whatever the job, the route to a technician is the same. Call the number at the top of the page and our assistant confirms the problem and your postal code, then connects you live to someone available now. For work that can wait, the online request on the home page ends in the same call.

No heat is the furnace, or the thermostat in front of it. No cool in July is the air conditioner. A system that both heats and cools from one outdoor unit is a heat pump. Water on the floor near the indoor unit in summer is usually the AC's condensate drain. Dust, uneven rooms or a smell when the system runs point at the ducts or air quality. If none of those fit, call anyway; the assistant asks what is wrong in plain words and the technician sorts out the rest.
